now this post is officially way longer than the one describing the story in the first games thread. and even still, those are different, just thematically linked. also not sure if these two have a related story at all, the description in both has only 1 similarity as far as I see, and that is the mentioning of peacetime and wartime, with the first being set in a time of peace, this one in a time of war. playing the first one so you can kill a bit of time with a decent game that has nice models is not a bad idea if you are into that sort of thing. I am pretty sure that without that post I would have no idea what was going on, storywise, so can only assume that playing the first one just for the story so you know whats going on in this one would be pointless. the general idea we are given is literally about half of this posts length. ill not post it here so as not to spoil it, and the first thread is only 3 pages of posts anyways. there was a guy in the second page I think on the first games thread that reposted someones review I think from steam i think with a general idea of the story.

Click to expand.to be perfectly honest, the first one was a decent puzzle solver game, walk around, collect items, put them where they need to go, fix faucet, fix lights, that sort of thing, if you like it.
